Your Financial Obligations

Founders Park Family Dentistry is dedicated to providing our patients quality service at competitive costs. In order to maintain our high standards, we rely on our patients to make timely payments. We require that our patients pay at the time of services rendered unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. To help our patients afford the costs associated with dentistry we accept many methods of payment.

Methods of Payment

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We offer a 10% courtesy accounting adjustment to patients who pay for their treatment with cash prior to completion of care for treatment plans of $2500 or more.

Third Party Financing

We also work with other companies such as CareCredit, Chase Health Advance, and DentalBanc to setup low monthly payments. Please call us for more details
