Lifetime Whitening Offer For New Patients

Everybody knows that whitening is not permanent. Teeth are constantly bombarded by staining from various foods, beverages and bad habits. That is why, from now through the end of the year, our office is offering a lifetime teeth whitening program for our new patients. With this program, our patients can have a brilliant, white smile for a lifetime without spending a penny. Please see the rules below for program eligibility*

How the program works:
Patients  enrolled in the Lifetime Whitening Program on their initial visit. Once they are enrolled and is determined they are a candidate for teeth whitening, a set of impressions are taken to make custom trays. The patient will return at a later date to deliver the trays and whitening gel along with personal instructions on how to use the system. An initial shade will be taken and return visit can be scheduled to monitor tissue health and shade progress.

Once the patient is in the program, he or she will remain in the program as long as regular semi-annual checkup appointments are kept. The patient will continue to receive the whitening free of charge at those appointments as long as they are still a candidates for whitening.

This is a volunteer program only. Results may vary. Currently we use Opalescense Whiting products only with custom fabricated trays.  This method is considered a "gold standard" in teeth whitening. Pleas see the reviews at www.teethwhiteningreviews.com for more information about this product and for answers to to questions when considering teeth whitening.
